The corporate credibility and corporate social responsibilities
It is necessary for the government to team up with businesses in an anti-corruption drive. Chih Sharn and Shi Yuan-xin (2010) found out that the food and financial industries become less willing to assume their social responsibilities in a country with corrupted government. A business will determine how deeply it should be involved in a social responsibility program after analyzing the costs and benefits (of fulfilling that responsibility) according to the country’s overall business conditions.
